In order for a vacation on a yacht to bring only positive emotions, it is important to remember some features of being on the water. The rules of conduct set out below apply to all yachts chartered by Premium Yachts.

Guests who charter a yacht for the first time have a number of questions:

• How to choose the best route for sailing on a yacht;
• What additional services will be needed during the trip;
• How to properly prepare for a yacht charter and optimize spending.

The most important question is how to protect yourself and your guests from unforeseen situations that can happen on the water? This memo will help you avoid force majeure situations and fully enjoy the comfort of a luxury yacht.

• Any yacht is available for rent only with the captain and (or) crew.
• Guests have access to all areas on the ship, with the exception of the technical compartments and the helm station.
• The duration of the navigation season for Moscow and the region is 5 months (from the end of April to the end of October).
• Rent of the selected yacht is possible on the day of the request. In order for the yacht to be guaranteed to be free on the right day, it is advisable to plan the rental in advance.
• Inspection of available yachts is carried out after agreement with the representative of the company.
• The route of the chartered yacht is drawn up and agreed in advance.
• A yacht trip can take place in any chosen water area.
• For embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, the pier of the yacht club is used. Upon agreement with the manager, guests can board at another location.
• Transportation of the yacht to the place of embarkation / disembarkation of guests may be paid separately.
• Yacht stops at public marinas, yacht club marinas and private residences may be subject to additional fees.
• Yacht guests must carry identification documents.
• During the celebration of some public holidays, some of the water areas may not be available for walking
• Guests can bring personal belongings, food and drinks to the yacht. Usually, all cargo is brought to the yacht on the eve of the day of the charter.
• At the request of the customer, a buffet table or a gala dinner can be organized on the yacht. Services of a professional chef, catering and a mobile bar are available.
• If necessary, the crew of the yacht is supplemented by a cook, waiters or a steward.
• For a trip on a yacht, it is recommended to choose loose-fitting clothes. For wind protection, you will need a light jacket or sleeveless jacket.
• Yacht shoes should be light and comfortable, with rubberized soles. No shoes allowed.
• You can smoke on the yacht in a designated area, on the cockpit.
• Personal hygiene products should be thrown into the trash. It is strictly forbidden to throw them into the toilet.
• Dangerous items and substances prohibited by Russian law cannot be brought onto the yacht.
• The minimum time for renting a yacht is 1 hour. If desired, the rental period can be extended, if this does not prevent the rental of the yacht by other guests.
• Yacht charter can be delayed. Information about the delay must be transferred to the manager at least one day from the original date of the yacht charter.
• If you need to transfer the yacht charter, you need to notify the manager no later than 3 days before the start of the charter.
• If the customer or his guests are late or delayed by more than half an hour, the yacht rental time is reduced, without a refund.
• In some cases, a security deposit is provided in case of damage to property or the ship itself.

Premium Yachts has the right to terminate the yacht charter service in the following cases:

• Inappropriate or aggressive behavior of the customer on board the yacht;
• Inappropriate behavior of guests on the yacht;
• Ignoring the terms of the lease of the vessel;
• Failure to comply with the rules of conduct on the yacht;
• foul language;
• Causing damage to property;
• Insulting the captain or team.

If inappropriate actions are detected, the representative of the company has the right to suspend the rental of the yacht, the funds in this case will not be returned.
